“Lights! Glamour! Action!” ™ will be held on Sunday, March 7, 2010 at the new August Wilson Center for African American Culture.
Pittsburgh will turn on the glitz and glamour while celebrating Oscar™ night! The evening includes a red carpet entrance, silent auction, a VIP champagne reception, gourmet food stations, the premiere of the "Pittsburgh Stars" video and the LIVE Oscar™ telecast on the BIG SCREEN!
Dress is black-tie, or you can come as your favorite celebrity! It's your night to walk the RED CARPET! There will be an awards ceremony for the best dressed of the night!
The annual Academy Awards™ benefit, “Lights! Glamour! Action!” ™ enters into its 10th year as we celebrate another outstanding year of the film industry in our region and support the mission of the Pittsburgh Film Office (PFO). The PFO is a non-profit economic development agency that markets the southwestern Pennsylvania region to the film industry.
TICKET PRICES:
PATRON TICKET - $500 per person - (Entrance at 6:00 p.m. to "Lights! Glamour! Action!" on Sunday, March 7, 2010 - includes a VIP champagne reception and valet parking).
VIP TICKET - $250 per person (Entrance at 6:00 p.m. to "Lights! Glamour! Action!" on Sunday, March 7, 2010 - includes a VIP champagne reception and valet parking).
GALA TICKET - $125 per person (Entrance at 7:30 p.m. only to "Lights! Glamour! Action!" on Sunday, March 7, 2010).
OSCAR TICKET - $75 per person (minimum of 6 ticket purchase) (Entrance at 7:30 p.m. to "Lights! Glamour! Action!" on Sunday, March 7, 2010).
